What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay digitally for your order via our CashApp tag at checkout. Also, we accept Bitcoin (with a 10% discount), please read our Easy How To Pay Guide.
Do you accept returns?
All orders from LynxCaps are final sale and we cannot take returns. If you have issues or concerns with your order, please contact us.
How long is order processing?
Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving payment, but it could take 7 days or more depending on order volume and availability. If you have an urgent need for your product, please contact us and we can work to speed up your order.
What does all vegan inputs mean?
Lots of other growers use animal manure based substrate as a growing medium. We believe this is not only gross but it creates some of the unpleasant effects associated and we have found a mush more pleasant experience with our method.
